Ron Kilby has over 30 years of real estate experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Kilby’s broad experience includes developing, managing, leasing, buying, selling and financing of office buildings, raw land, warehouse/distribution facilities, research & development facilities, data centers and retail properties throughout the globe on behalf of large corporate occupiers and investors. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kilby has personally conducted approximately 900 transactions encompassing over 10 million square feet on six continents achieving savings of over $100M on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Kilby joined CBRE in 2000 to assemble a transaction team focused exclusively on serving the needs of corporate occupiers.
