Professional Background


Ross Peyton is an Associate Director with CBRE. He brings extensive experience in the management, leasing and re-positioning of assets to maximize value. Ross joined us from Hudson Pacific, where he oversaw their mixed-use 1.5 million sq. ft.  Pacific Northwest Portfolio. During his tenure as Senior Leasing Manager, he developed a proven process, successfully retaining over 90% of renewing tenants and mark to market rent growth averages greater than 60%. Among his major successes were the 100% lease-up and occupancy at 411 First—an historic building in Pioneer Square including the repositioning of the retail portion, which involved a curated group of high-touch retail users including Flora & Henri, General Porpoise and Browne Winery; and the pre-leasing of 450 Alaskan— a new, ground-up development in Pioneer Square—achieving the highest net rental rate in Seattle for a new construction office lease project.

Experience


Prior to this, Ross served as General Manager and Director of Leasing for the Metropolitan Tract in Seattle for Unico Properties, supervising the operations, leasing and construction for a 1.7 million sq. ft. mixed-use office and retail portfolio. In this role, he managed the entire lease transaction process, liaising with the Ownership, supervised a 22-person property management and engineering team, all while simultaneously serving as the leasing broker for the project.

Ross has had multiple value-add success stories involving lease-up to stabilization. He is highly respected amongst his clients and peers; his teams have been consistently recognized for their distinguished customer service and superior working relationships with corporate vendors.
