Ryan Jameson is a Vice President in CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance division and participates in the placement of aggressive capital for all multifamily real estate assets. Mr. Jameson has intimate knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and uniquely understands each product’s features, allowing him to effectively structure out of the box transactions. His relationships with non-agency lenders and the team’s track record and ability to make markets has driven considerable production volume with banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, balance sheet lenders and credit unions.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group, Mr. Jameson worked with BTCjam focusing on the distribution of alternative capital in Latin America via cryptocurrency. Mr. Jameson earned his Master’s degree from the University of Seville in European Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College. In his undergraduate and post-graduate studies he completed extensive research on the formation of international institutions with an emphasis on the European Union. While at Lewis & Clark College, Mr. Jameson lettered in football and golf.
