Ryan exclusively represents corporate end-users in their negotiations for real estate. Throughout his tenure at CBRE, Ryan has helped the company secure national and international clients through his creativity and extensive knowledge of the platform. He enables his clients with the market knowledge they need for current and future real estate strategies to ensure they are equipped to make the best decision possible.
Since Ryan arrived in the Tampa Bay area, he has made an immediate impact on the city. Within six months, he was named to the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Up & Comer’s List, which recognizes the top business professionals in the metro area under 40 years of age. He also was invited to join the prestigious 501©3 The 13 Ugly Men, which host multiple events throughout the year to support various charities throughout the city. He has been named a Vice-Chairman of the junior chamber commerce organization, Emerge Tampa Bay, which focus on the issues that directly affect today’s young professionals. The organization has been recognized as the premier young professional organization in the Tampa Bay area and has almost doubled its membership since Ryan’s arrival.
Prior to joining the CBRE Tampa office, Ryan worked alongside Senior Vice President Blaine Kelley in Atlanta, Georgia executing global supply strategies on a national level. As an active member of the Global Supply Chain and Port Logistics specialty group, Ryan became an expert in any trend that could affect a client’s business. During his tenure in Atlanta, Ryan’s team received many accolades including Deal of the Year for the entire metro area.
Ryan started with CBRE in Cincinnati, Ohio as the first participant in the company’s Executive Wheel Program, an exclusive training program under Agency BrokeragePresident, Ed Schreyer. In this role, Ryan helped launch initiatives on a national scale that directly impacted the company’s bottom line and had the opportunity to relocate to Dallas, Texas to work alongside our companies top executives. Projects such as the Client Extranet Web Sites have become a staple of the company and key tool used to service our national institutional clients nationwide. Also while in this role, he founded CBRE’s National Industrial Associate Network, which facilitates networking and sharing of best practices amongst junior professionals throughout the country.
In his previous career, Ryan was a top producer for NBC Sports. As a three time Emmy Award Winner, Ryan was integral to broadcasts such as the London Olympics, the Super Bowl, and horse racing’s Triple Crown. He still helps produce a number of events throughout the year such as the NFL Playoffs and US Figure Skating Championships. He is scheduled to work the upcoming 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and the 2015 Super Bowl in Phoenix for NBC Sports.
