Sabrina Solomiany joined CBRE in 2014 and currently serves as Senior Director within U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets in the Investment Properties division of CBRE in Atlanta, GA. The Healthcare Capital Markets Group specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts) and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process. Since joining the HCM team, Sabrina has overseen the successful closing of more than 5 million square feet of healthcare properties valued at more than $1.3 billion.
Ms. Solomiany specializes in advising clients in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing medical properties. She is responsible for marketing the team’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, market research and analytical assignments for business development and coordinating the financial underwriting and due diligence processes.
Ms. Solomiany brings 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate to her role at CBRE. She was previously an Associate Director with the real estate investment banking firm HFF, LP where she was involved in the execution of $1.65 billion in commercial real estate transactions including over $800 million in office, $360 million in hotel, $290 million in multifamily/condominium and $50 million in retail transactions across the investment sales, debt placement and joint venture equity platforms. Ms. Solomiany managed the full spectrum of the deal process including financial analysis, preparing offering materials, marketing to lenders, potential buyers and equity sources and facilitating the due diligence process. She began her career as a Research Analyst at Heitman Real Estate Securities, LLC where she worked alongside Portfolio Managers in the analysis of publicly traded Equity REITs.
