Sadé is known for her ability to execute on high-profile development projects throughout the region, including the University of Southern California University Village (150,000 SF), Rialto Renaissance Marketplace (600,000 SF), The Bloc (400,000 SF), Tarzana Village Walk (150,000 SF), Encino Courtyard (100,000 SF) and Plaza El Segundo (380,000 SF). Her expertise in real estate development and business management enables her to assess and underwrite overall project feasibility through deep analyses of current and prospective market dynamics, effectively oversee the development and construction process and budget, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Sadé’s specializes in aspirational Southern California retail and has been a lifelong resident which has provided her with a deep familiarity and extensive first-hand experience with the region. She graduated from Emory University in Political Science.
