A proud graduate of UCLA, Sam Aaron provides personalized commercial brokerage services for landlords and retail tenants in sale, leasing, and development transactions with a core focus on retail real estate. As an experienced real estate professional, he is an expert in developing tailored, comprehensive strategies to create value for all types of retail properties.
Sam works closely with both non-institutional & institutional-grade clients on multi-market representation assignments, providing a unique, full-service approach. Prior to working in commercial real estate brokerage, Sam developed his background in real estate software sales, mortgage origination, and mortgage remediation. Upon his transition into commercial real estate, he has become a retail real estate specialist, skillfully handling occupier & agency leasing, investment-sales, 1031 exchanges, valuation, and business brokerage.
In addition to his success in property sales and investments, Sam has also successfully represented and transacted in commercial real estate leases with numerous international, national, and regional retail/restaurant tenants such as Orangetheory Fitness, Honeymee, KFC, 7-Eleven, Burgerim, Firehouse Subs, Goa Tacos, Shakey's Pizza, Al & Ed's Autosound, T-Mobile, and Subway. Throughout his career, Sam has developed unique leasing solutions for a variety of retail assets including but not limited to: high street retail, urban mixed-use, power centers, lifestyle shopping centers, and community centers.
Sam consistently exemplifies the importance of forging positive relationships between him and all of his clients, which he believes is key to his success. In his free time, Sam loves to explore new locales for mountain biking or snowboarding. He also loves to explore new cultures through their individual & unique cuisines.
