Sean C. Goff serves as Executive Managing Director, of Project Management for CBRE’s Americas business. Previously, he was Senior Managing Director of Project Management for CBRE's Texas/Oklahoma division. In this role, he led a team responsible for all aspects of project development and execution, including strategic planning, site acquisition, design and construction coordination, procurement and relocation. He also was the single point of contact during projects to ensure his clients a successful completion and delivery. His experience includes new construction, call centers, multifamily, hospitality, retail and tenant build-outs.
Sean has over 14 years of general contracting and project management experience in shell and interior office construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, retail, hotels, churches and large renovations. His career experience has encompassed many roles, including project manager, project estimator, project scheduler, field superintendent and field engineer.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sean held the position of Project Manager for Precept Builders, where he successfully completed more than $60 million of commercial construction projects, including a $30 million renovation in south Florida. He also served as Field Superintendent for Construction Management Technology, where he was responsible for all field operations on several large shell and interior construction projects.
