Sean Kindt is an Administrative Assistant in CBRE’s Brokerage Services. He joined CBRE in February 2010 (LA North Office) with the following current core responsibilities:
Maintain calendar and contact database, schedule appointments, complete travel or conference arrangements and arrange meetings and conferences for an assigned work group
Perform administrative duties such as conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings
Complete expense reports and handle reconciliation of receipts
Answer phone calls with regards to inquiries and research/resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Prior to August 2013, as a Business Services & Listings Coordinator, Sean’s main responsibilities were to:
Uphold CBRE’s standards through my focus on high-quality results and creative solutions that strengthen and assist the productivity of Management, Sales Professionals, and Support Staff alike
Create letters, proposals, legal forms (e.g., leases, purchase offers, commission agreements), marketing presentations, and reports by implementing the most current formatting criteria, colors, and templates
Track, update, and maintain listing files pursuant to corporate policy and state-wide mandates
Coordinate with brokers and support staff to attain executed listing agreements, create budget forms, submit signage orders, request and disseminate LGS documentation, collect marketing materials, and upload data for paperless storage online.
He received his degree from Azusa Pacific University with a major in English Literature and a minor in Psychology.
Sean is a valuable asset to the team, contributing expertise in Word Processing, Microsoft Office Suite, managing databases, statistical data analysis, file management, employee training, report writing and presentation design.
He has also made an impression for being a wordsmith, multitasking pro, quick thinker, time management expert, problem solver; for his hospitality, providing outstanding customer satisfaction, and always striving to go above and beyond expectations of sales professionals, management, and fellow staff members.
