Sean Wilson is a Transaction Specialist in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, where he provides support in defining client real estate requirements; manages CBRE’s corporate real estate system by tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates and real estate assignments; assists with local transaction implementation; and facilitates the closeout process. He provides transactional financial analysis support to the Transaction Management team, including cash flow analysis and participates in various types real estate transactions.
Mr. Wilson joined CBRE in 2006. In his previous role at the firm, he was a Senior Research Analyst in CBRE’s Downtown office, where he led analyses and provided statistical reporting and market studies including analyzing leasing, availability and rental rate trends and their correlation with existing economic indicators to assess the Midtown South and Downtown office markets. He orchestrated projects involving organizations such as the Downtown Alliance and publications including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and was responsible for filtering and synthesizing market data that was key to the publication of industry white papers.
