Sheila O’Carroll serves as the Office Operations Manager for CBRE’s Ventura office. In partnership with Natalie Bazarevitsch, Senior Managing Director, she is responsible for managing the administrative and operational day-to-day activities for the office’s Brokerage business line.
Sheila joined CBRE in 1982 and has held a variety of positions in offices throughout Greater Los Angeles. Prior to assuming the role of Office Operations Manager in Ventura, Sheila was the Executive Secretary to the CEO for 15 years.
As Operations Manager, Sheila manages the budgeting process, financial analyses, forecasting and compliance. Her primary focus is ensuring the seamless, profitable daily operations of the office’s 40 sales and administrative professionals.
