Shelly Lestingi is a Project Manager with CBRE’s Project Management group in Dallas. She is responsible for overseeing project facility assessment and strategy, project specifications, design planning and procurement, construction implementation, data and telephony planning and procurement, move management and project close-out. She provides day-to-day coordination of all project consultants, contractors, vendors, and contract administration on behalf of her clients. Her ability to coordinate consultants, provide contract administration and budget analysis on behalf of her clients is essential for project success.
Ms. Lestingi has 7 years of commercial construction experience and represents a variety of clientele, buildings and product types. Her diverse skill sets have established strength with owner relationships, repeat client opportunities and core tenant satisfaction. Ms. Lestingi continually strives to be familiar with changing market and industry trends for well-timed involvement and resolution.
Prior to joining the Project Managemnt Group, Ms. Lestingi was part of CB Richard Ellis’ Portfolio Services Group as an Information Manager. Her primary responsibilities included documentation, distribution and accounting functions for the Disposition Team and its clients. She was also responsible for the management of the CB Richard Ellis National Information Center where she coordinated property information for prospective buyers and brokers, scheduled site inspections and processed requests for additional information during the due diligence review period. Ms. Lestingi managed all financial accounting aspects related to disposition projects including marketing budgets, invoicing and budget reconciliation. She was also involved with earnest money and escrow management and ensured delivery of executed contracts to the appropriate title companies.
