During her 11 years with CBRE, Sherrie Stewart has consistently delivered dark green client satisfaction, high-performing teams and financial results. Sherrie joined CBRE in 2007 and has served as the Alliance Director for the Chevron downstream, Cisco, and Southern California Edison accounts.
Sherrie has a strong track record of attracting and growing senior level talent and has served as a mentor for many of our current Alliance Directors. Her proactive and inclusive leadership style has enabled her to develop strong relationships with her clients and teams.
In her current role, Sherrie is responsible for the oversight and support of key outsourcing partnerships including the provision of Enterprise Facility Management, Project Management, Transaction Management and Strategic Consulting services; this includes client care, recruitment, talent development, resource management, and the promotion of best practices.
Prior to her role as Divisional Director, Sherrie served as the Alliance Director for Southern California Edison (SCE) account, leading the team to provide Project Management and Facilities Management services. Her team is responsible for their 6 million square foot portfolio including office space, critical facilities, sub-stations and hydro-electric sites.
Before leading the SCE account, she served as the Global Alliance Director for the Cisco Systems account, leading the team to provide Project Management and Facilities Management services. Her team was dedicated to providing real estate solutions to Cisco employees who occupy over 17 million square feet globally.
During her time on the Chevron Account, Sherrie served as the Alliance Director, where she was responsible for the delivery of comprehensive real estate services and led a team providing Project and Development Management, Facilities Management oversight, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, and Strategic Consulting services for over 20 million square feet of real estate.
Sherrie has led the CBRE Global Workplace Solutions Southern California LINK program which brings CBRE employees in the area together on topics such as communications, networking, education, professional societies, and mentoring.
Sherrie’s greatest strength is her proactive mentality and relationship building skills. She has a reputation for building highly motivated and performing teams. Her inclusive and collaborative leadership style has proven to result in exceedingly satisfied clients.
