Sigrid Feder has worked for CBRE, Inc since 2010. She came on board as the Alliance Director for Tyco to lead the FM service line. In 2014 the account officially became a full service GWS account including FM, PjM, TM, and PAS services. She leads a team of approximately 50, is responsible for Tyco’s key HQ and Call Center facilities including the critical environments (~$15M) and has dedicated teams delivering TM and PjM services in the Americas. She led the team through Tyco’s physical real estate separation during 2012-2014 delivering more than 200 projects using a combination of account and local staff.
Her broad spectrum of knowledge, experience, and past tenure in corporate real estate has revealed astuteness and brings a unique perspective to providing a high level of service to corporate clients. Sigrid has more than doubled the account size in the past 5 years with Tyco (and ADT) and still considers her primary role as being the liaison to match her client’s needs and goals with the right service levels at the right costs.
Sigrid launched her career by earning her CPA while working at a Big 4 firm. In the early 1990’s she transitioned to Citigroup where she grew her career in Corporate Real Estate, ultimately becoming the second-in-charge of the Latin America Region of the Corporate Realty Services Division, which handled all matters related to Asset Management, Project Management, and Transactions. At Citi, she held the roles of Regional Director of Operations and CFO, where the span of her responsibilities included $200MM Gross Expense, 200 FTE, 9MM square feet and 1,400 properties throughout 24 countries in Latin America.
Sigrid resides in Boca Raton, Florida, is happily married and has two teenage children. She enjoys reading, jogging, and traveling.
