Stephanie Marckel is the Performance and Innovation Management Office Director in CBRE Chicago’s Global Corporate Services group servicing the Walgreens Account. In this position, Stephanie plays an integral role by closing gaps in processes and documentation, evaluating and monitoring KPI performance and supporting the Alliance Director in communications and status reporting. Her extensive knowledge in project management, dedication to superior performance and thoughtful innovation makes her a valuable resource for the Walgreens Account.
Stephanie came to CBRE from Apex Systems Inc., where she served as a consultant to Walgreens. In her role, she managed the Walgreens Facilities Maintenance Outsourcing transition to CBRE, among other strategic programs within Walgreens, including components of both the Duane Reade Acquisition and the Walgreens Balance Rewards customer loyalty program.
Earlier in Stephanie’s career, she enjoyed roles in CMMS Implementation and Management for Jones Lang LaSalle on the Bank of America account, and was previously a Technology Project Manager for Washington Mutual.
