Steve White joined Brian Peterson in 2012, to focus on brokerage services for office properties throughout the Central Valley. Born and raised in Stockton, California, and a graduate of California State University Chico, Steve possesses an intimate knowledge of the Central Valley market and has established long-standing local relationships.
Steve began his career with CBRE in 2006, with an emphasis on retail leasing and investment sales. Steve developed strong relationships and completed numerous notable transactions that were both inventive and intuitive. Steve eventually led all retail leasing efforts in the Central Valley office until his transition to the office sector. Steve is the lead broker on several prominent office listings in the market and has also been a key member of the consulting and disposition team servicing the City of Stockton and City of Fresno accounts. Steve and Brian have grown to become the dominant local office practice and Steve is widely recognized as a reliable and knowledgeable contact for office properties throughout the Central Valley.
