Steve Wiseman is a driven and entrepreneurial professional with experience representing clients in acquiring, selling, and leasing commercial and residential real estate with a transaction value exceeding $350,000,000, as well as raising private equity from both HNWIs and institutional investors.

Steve specializes in providing strategic real estate solutions to third parties in all facets associated with the disposition and acquisition of income producing properties, as well as representing tenants in both leasing and occupying space.
