Professional Experience
Sue Mehlenbacher is the Regional Client Services Manager for CBRE’s Texas-Oklahoma division and is based in the Dallas office. She provides world-class support to CBRE’s brokers, appraisers, project managers and asset services professionals through her management of CBRE’s professional client services support staff throughout the region.
Sue joined CBRE in 2011 as the Senior Office Operations Manager for the Dallas and Fort Worth offices. She has over 25 years of office operations experience in the DFW commercial real estate industry. Her career highlights have included coaching employees and employee relations. Her specialties include policymaking, strategic and tactical planning, business development, risk management, quality control and organizational development.
Throughout her career, she has had full responsibility for five office relocations, which have required the oversight of design and build-out, move management and overall budget.
Camp John Marc and the fundraising event, Chefs Showcase, have always held a special place in Sue’s life and she enjoys being involved with the activities and fundraising for the Camp. She is also actively involved with the North Texas Food Bank and Austin Street Shelter.
Sue attained her Core Essentials Graduate designation in corporate coaching from Coach U. She also achieved the High Impact Management from the Gallup School of Management. Sue was honored with a National Administrative Manager of the Year award in 1999.
