Ted Duda is Senior Managing Director for the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Division of CBRE. He is responsible for oversight of existing GCS assignments throughout the United States. Currently, he has responsibility for the Regions Bank account. The scope of services provided to Regions Bank includes Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Sourcing, Portfolio Planning and Strategic Consulting. In his 20 years with CBRE, he has been responsible for sourcing more than 10 major accounts that total more than 50 million square feet of space.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Duda was a Vice President/Project Manager for John M. Corcoran and Company in Boston, Massachusetts where he was responsible for the development and leasing of more than two million square feet of office, research and development and warehouse space. Also, he has significant corporate real estate experience having spent more than 10 years with General Telephone and Electronics Corporation (now Verizon) and Nixdorf Computer, where he was responsible for the acquisition/disposition of more than five million square feet of office, warehouse and industrial space in the United States, Canada and Europe.
Mr. Duda received his M.B.A from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.
