Professional Experience

 

Thomas joined CBRE in 2013, where he specializes in Investment sales. As a member of the National Investment Team – Edmonton, Thomas supervises the investment analysis and underwriting of all asset classes of institutional grade commercial real estate. Thus far, he has been involved in $3.4 billion of successful transactions. Thomas is primarily involved with institutional transactions, but also has a focus on multifamily and retail investment sales. He is responsible for the execution and management of all multifamily transactions.
