Thomas Pint is an Associate Project Manager for CBRE’s Southern California Edison account within Global Workplace Solutions. In his previous career, Thomas had over 19 years of experience in the Power Generation business with an emphasis on Sales, Project Management, and Drafting.
In his role as an Associate Project Manager, Thomas is responsible for the successful completion of Small Capital Maintenance projects (<$1 million).
Prior to joining CBRE, Thomas served as a power generation sales professional for local Southern California distributers which included three years at YC Power Systems (Generac), five years at Valley Power Systems (MTU-Onsite Energy) and eleven years at Quinn Power Systems (Caterpillar). Thomas’s main responsibility was the sale of diesel and natural gas industrial generators and affiliated components ranging from 10kW to 2000kW. Sales were accomplished primarily by building market share within the area and by continually building new (and maintaining existing) relationships with electrical contractors and electrical consulting engineers.
Throughout his previous career, Thomas successfully completed projects including the sales and commissioning of new generators for municipalities (waste water districts, police / fire stations, schools, casinos, industrial, commercial and private businesses). In addition to sales, Thomas spent several years overseeing and coordinating multiple generator projects and assisting outside Sales Managers.
