Tim Schipper serves as Alliance Director to JCPenney, one of CBRE’s largest clients. With over 110 million square feet and approximately 1100 retail stores, Tim is responsible for providing strategic program oversight of CBRE’s facilities maintenance and repair program on behalf of JCPenney. Specific responsibilities include operations, engineering, strategic sourcing, data analytics, call center and work flow management, as well as custodial services.
Tim joined CBRE in 2010 as the Reliability and Optimization Manager charged with designing and deploying the Center of Excellence (COE) and CBRE Asset Care Program (ACP) on the Baylor Healthcare Systems Account. He joined the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Platform team in 2012 furthering the development and implementation of the COE and CBRE’s ACP across CBRE as the Regional Engineering Director for US Central, East and EMEA. In 2015 he became the Global Director for Technical Compliance after the acquisition and integration of Johnson Controls GWS business into CBRE and transformation into CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions.
