Tom Noble became Alliance Director for the Ardent / Hillcrest HealthCare System account in 2014. Hillcrest HealthCare System consists of a 2.4 million sq. ft portfolio located across multiple campuses in Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. CBRE began providing facilities management, project management, lease administration and transaction management services to Hillcrest on January 1, 2013.
As Alliance Director, Mr. Noble serves as advisor and resource for Hillcrest executives with responsibility for all account services. Mr. Noble began his career with CBRE in 2013 on the Ardent / Hillcrest HealthCare System account. He has 23 years experience in the healthcare industry managing projects, facilities and operations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Noble served as Regional Manager at Hammes Company Healthcare in Dallas, Texas, leading facilities planning and project management engagements, as well as client relationships and business development.
From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Noble served as Vice President Support Services for the Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, with responsibility for the budget, productivity, patient satisfaction, internal customer satisfaction and quality goals for support departments on two campuses. Between 1992 and 2002, he served at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas in various positions, including Project Director, Perioperative Service Line Program Director and Director of Resource Management Systems.
