Tracy Stadler is a Sr. Project Manager, and she is currently supporting a GCS Account for a Global High Technology Company. Ms. Stadler is responsible for the planning, due diligence, site assessment and management of the design, construction, commissioning and move services for projects in the Southwest & Central regions of North America. Recent projects include the InTouch Credit Union branch office, IT support store front, Health & Fitness Centers, Sales University, Build to Suit Warehouse and the replacement of the two story structural glass exterior wall and soffit at a facility in Plano, TX.
Tracy began her career as an Interior Designer, in Dallas, TX, specializing in financial institutions and corporate offices. She was hired by EDS in 1985, providing project management and interior design services within the Global Real Estate Department. She managed a team of professionals delivering multi-million dollar construction projects throughout the US and Canada. The projects included new construction, renovations and mixed use supporting all aspects of EDS’ business; Call Centers, Marketing Centers, Corporate offices, Warehouse/repair and Fulfillment Centers. Her team also supported the development of Legacy; overseeing construction of parks and roads. In 2005, EDS outsourced the majority of their Real Estate group to Trammell Crow Company, and in 2006 TCC was purchased by CBRE. In 2008, Ms. Stadler oversaw CBRE’s project management services for the Americas on an interim basis; ensuring alignment of goals and objectives as well as reporting project metrics.
