In this capacity, Trent is responsible for the Asset Services Division for Canada (18+ million square feet). The Asset Services Division offers Property Management Services, Leasing and Lease Administration Services, Construction Management Services, Project Management Services and all related Accounting Services.
In addition, Trent remains involved for all leasing and marketing functions across a broad portfolio of industrial, retail and office properties owned by third party clients (6+ million square feet). Trent’s role also includes on-going tenant liaison and relations as well as client development.
