Trevor E. Damyan is Vice President of Debt and Structured Finance with CBRE. He has 4 years of commercial real estate financing experience within the middle-market space including both development and stabilized properties. He is an expert in 1031-exchangeswith a track record of moving capital out of California through the identification and financing of high yield, single-tenant net-leased properties. The relationships he holds with debt funds, life insurance companies, banks, and credit unions, allow Mr. Damyan the ability to source a capital market resource that best align with his clients’ investment strategies.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Damyan sourced debt and equity at Marcus Millichap Capital Corporation (“MMCC”), one of the nation’s largest commercial brokerages. He closed hundreds of millions of dollars in deals within the small-middle market commercial financing space across many asset classes and loan programs. Before MMCC, Mr. Damyan was a Corporate Loan Officer at Genesis Capital, a Goldman Sachs Company, one of the largest bridge and construction lenders in the nation. Mr. Damyan’s team doubled originations to 1.5BB in less than two years while operating on bootstrap technology.

Prior to Genesis, Mr. Damyan spent 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry with Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company providing specialty chemicals to producers such as Exxon Mobil and Chevron.  Mr. Damyan managed a sales team that consistently outperformed their competition by documenting value through the Lean Six Sigma methodology, executing large-scale projects, and winning top sales awards.
