Vince Giovannini currently serves as the Data Scientist for CBRE Labor Analytics. His primary duties include data mining and integration, performing statistical analysis, and applying high-quality predictive analytic models into our suite of location analysis products. He is responsible for cultivating labor market intelligence to model and help guide location decisions for large enterprises, including 50% of the Fortune 50.
Vince has extensive experience in economic research and labor market analysis. Prior to joining CBRE Labor Analytics, Vince served as the Economic Development Analyst for the Town of Gilbert, Arizona where he was responsible for all economic research and analytics for the municipality. As a member of the Gilbert Office of Economic Development, Vince managed and reported economic and financial data for projects pertaining to business attraction, retention & expansion, and redevelopment.
Previously, Vince also served as the Business Development Analyst for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). As part of the Business Development team, Vince provided economic data analysis and market research for countless companies considering Greater Phoenix, including a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
