Vincent Polce is a Vice President with Corporate Capital Markets based in Denver, Colorado. He is also a member of the Energy Facilities Group, specializing in the monetization of energy-related real estate assets. With a decade of prior experience as an independent commodities trader, today Vincent combines his deep financial knowledge with a passion for real estate to provide capital markets advisory and execution expertise for planned and existing assets on behalf of corporate occupiers, developers and owners. His expertise includes advisory and execution proficiency on a full range of real estate and credit-based capital structures for single-tenant and corporate-owned properties, including sale leasebacks, purchase leasebacks, single-tenant investment sales, credit-based financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Amid the energy industry’s current contraction, Vincent helps companies identify and execute balance sheet focused monetization strategies designed to unlock illiquid capital for growth, operations, or debt repayment.
Prior to joining CBRE, Vincent worked for 10 years as an independent commodities trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He began his real estate career in 2008, structuring joint venture acquisition and development opportunities throughout metro Denver. While leading joint venture efforts for a private equity firm in Louisville, Colorado, Vincent helped the commercial team place more than $150 million of opportunistic and value-add equity. Most recently, he worked in Capital Markets for JLL’s Denver office.
