Will Adams joined CBRE Downtown Los Angeles office in 2008 after 18 successful years at Studley representing the needs of tenants. Will has also represented the strategic sale of several trophy assets throughout Los Angeles including the former Geffen Records building in West Hollywood and the former Polygram Records headquarters in Beverly Hills. Will has focused his energies representing clients in the entertainment, financial and legal industries.
Through the years, Will has worked extensively representing the ever-changing needs of many different entertainment companies. In 2005, Will represented Starz Entertainment in its 114,000 square foot consolidation and relocation from North Hollywood to class A office space in Burbank. His other entertainment clients include Universal Studios, NBC, Film Roman and Overture Films.
Will has also developed an expertise with law firms. He represented Arnold & Porter in its 78,000-square-foot expansion and early lease restructure at 777 South Figueroa Street and also completed a 23,000-square-foot transaction for Arnold & Porter in Century City. Other law firms that Will has represented include Chadbourne & Parke, Gordon & Rees, Reed Smith, Sulmeyer Kupetz and Wilson Elser.
His notable transactions for 2006 and 2007 were 26,000 square feet for JPMorgan Chase and 26,000 for Chadbourne & Parke in Downtown Los Angeles, 23,000 square feet for Overture Films in Beverly Hills, and 16,000 square feet for Allsteel’s new showroom in Santa Monica.
