William Krisztal is a Vice President with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and is based in Los Angeles, California. With more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, William has had significant experience in transaction and account management around the world focusing on corporate real estate portfolio operations with emphasis on real estate obligation cost recovery through portfolio optimization.
William has managed over 4.7MM square feet of real estate transactions in more than 75 countries throughout 6 continents and has relationships with clients and service providers globally. He has managed diverse projects focusing on institutional leasing, acquisition and disposition of assets through merger & acquisition, consolidation and disposal of redundant sites, expansion of client footprint, project management and development, financial and market analysis, contract negotiation and asset management.
While directing the implementation of client requirements which focus on global occupancy strategy and cost reduction, William creates and promotes synergy between local business units and corporate real estate strategy, oversees the selection and management of local service providers, produces savings from the reduction of client’s real estate footprint, refines client requirements for unique objectives and coordinates with client project offices worldwide.
Prior to joining CBRE William spent previous years with Grubb & Ellis Company and DTZ.
