Zak Snider is a First Vice President in the Agency Group in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Zak is responsible for preparing detailed proposals for large transactions, reviewing financial models, analysis, as well as the interpretation of market information, statistics, and pricing. He also plays an important role in lease negotiations and transaction implementation including the creation of marketing materials, comparative financial analyses, evaluation of potential leasing structures and review of transaction documents.
Since joining the Agency Group, Zak has been involved in more than 7 million sq. ft. of transactions including Credit Suisse’s renewal for 1.1 million sq. ft. and Sony’s relocation for 550,000 sq. ft. at 11 Madison Avenue for which he won REBNY’s Robert T. Lawrence Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award in 2014 along with Howard Fiddle and Brad Gerla. Additionally, his contributions to the Hudson Yards Agency Team have been vital to secure world-class anchor tenants including Time Warner for 1.5 million sq. ft., L’Oreal USA for 425,000 sq. ft., SAP for 150,000 sq. ft. and Boies Schiller & Flexnor. Zak is currently working on agencies with a total building portfolio of more than 14 million sq. ft.
Prior to joining the Agency Group, Zak worked as Director of Development for Lombardi and Associates, where he analyzed commercial properties and sites for premium residential development in Manhattan. He also managed the construction and approvals process through the Landmarks Preservation Commission and Department of Buildings.
