As Regional Office Services Manager, Zeljko is responsible for leadership and oversight for all office services operations for the Americas in support of multiple business lines, including Hospitality and Reception, Conference Services, Mail Services, Print Production, and Document Management.
Zeljko leads a multi-discipline team of more than 50 Business Services Professionals across the Americas, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico and select countries within Latin America. He works closely with the IFM leadership team as well as with the client Corporate Services and Real Estate group to drive consistent, reliable service delivery to their regional Business offices.
Zeljko has more than 20 years of Hospitality and Soft services experience in operations, service excellence, change management and strategy development. In his most recent client engagement, he developed a portfolio strategy and service delivery capabilities for a soft service organization that directly supports a more strategic approach to managing resources, operations and delivering higher value to the client enterprise.
Before joining CBRE, Zeljko was the Head of Hospitality for a major Investment Management firm. His prior experience includes leadership roles in various high touch Hospitality industries in the United States and abroad.
