Adam R. Leshowitz is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Downtown office with a primary focus on owner and tenant representation. As an accomplished market leader for the past 20 years, he is constantly asked by landlords and businesses to advise them on their current real estate requirements.
As a Leasing Agent he has served, or currently serves, on leasing terms for many high profile landlords including Savanna, CIM Group, Two Trees Management, The Wolfson Group, The Gural Family, and The Moinian Group. He successfully leased over four million square feet on behalf of his owner clients in Lower Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn and DUMBO.
As a Tenant Representative, he has advised and completed acquisitions and disposition transactions for financial service firms, non-profit organization, law firms and creative/TAMI sector companies. They include Mizuho Corporate Bank, Wall Street Access, IT USA, Inc., Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton; NHK Cosmomedia, and Weitz and Luxenberg.
Mr. Leshowitz holds a bachelor degree from the University of Albany and is an active alumnus. He personally created an endowment that supports numerous ongoing scholarships at the university.
