Alan Krueger

Based out of CBRE’s Ontario Office in Southern California, Alan Krueger and Vanessa Haddad focus exclusively on advising clients in the disposition and acquisition of retail properties throughout Southern California. Leading the team with sales in excess of $3 billion, Alan Krueger is responsible for the sale of over 314 retail properties throughout his 35-year career. Alan’s extensive experience allows him to best to serve clients by advising on ways to maximize property value, anticipate challenges and provide customized solutions while minimizing risk. Vanessa supports the team with prospecting and business development. Her research skills and “relentless persistence” motto is a result of her training and background in real estate law.
