Alex brings a diverse background in development, construction, and asset management for mixed-use projects throughout California to the team after spending 6 years with Fivepoint in Irvine, managing commercial development in Southern California.
Alex’s experience makes him well equipped to provide strategic planning, market analysis, site selection, negotiation, and disposition to best-in-class retailers, restaurants, grocers, automotive and health groups throughout the Western US and SoCal.
In addition to Retail, Alex specializes in Orange County infill and redevelopment projects, working with a network of retail, residential, industrial, hospitality and self-storage developers to identify underperforming assets that can be repositioned to its highest and best use.
