Alex Frapech specializes in Multifamily Investment and Land Sales with CBRE’s Carolinas Multifamily Group based in Charlotte. As a Producer, Alex is tasked with growing our Multifamily Suburban Land Practice and Private Client Deals (<$30M) throughout North Carolina. Additionally, Alex is the Primary Producer for handling in-bound Student Housing and Affordable Housing Deals in North Carolina.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Carolinas Multifamily Group, Alex was a Producer in CBRE’s West Los Angeles office for three years specializing in Private Capital investment sales and Land Assemblage sales in West LA. Alex has represented individuals, private equity and corporations in the purchase and disposition of apartment buildings, development projects and short sales. Alex takes pride in offering clients’ a full-service, and proactive approach to a transaction – minimizing surprises and setting expectations, delivering a fulfilled client.
Prior to joining CBRE, Alex was at Vault Brokerage, specializing in multifamily properties in the Mid-City and South Bay areas of Los Angeles. Alex was a consistent top 3 producer in the firm’s Culver City office. Alex is also an experienced public speaker and debater, a skill he crafted while earning a Communication Degree at George Mason University. Alex also competed on the Patriots NCAA Div. 1 volleyball team.
