Professional Experience
Alex is a Chicago-based Financial Analyst for the Corporate Capital Markets group at CBRE. He specializes in advising on alternative capital solutions for real estate portfolios of corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors. His role involves conducting comprehensive financial analyses and underwriting for all types of properties across the country to aid decision-making.
Alex's responsibilities also cover a range of transaction and capitalization analyses including sale leasebacks, net lease sales, credit tenant leases, build-to-suits, synthetic leases, acquisitions, and financing. Alex is also responsible for managing the due diligence process, marketing, investor communications, and the production of the offering memorandum.
Alex graduated from The University of Kansas School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Minor in Entrepreneurship.
