Alex Lazo is a member of CBRE’s National Retail Partners Florida Team led by Casey Rosen and Dennis Carson. Mr. Lazo joined CBRE in 2023 where he focuses on the sale of retail strip centers and single tenant NNN properties across South Florida. Mr. Lazo previously worked at Franklin Steet as a Senior Associate playing a pivotal role in facilitating over $100 million in sales during his tenure. Mr. Lazo started his career as a supply chain engineer at Lutron Electronics and has previous capital markets experience working at Newmark Knight Frank during his graduate studies.
