Alissa Harwood is an Associate with CBRE, where she and her team lead the SE Wisconsin market in industrial advisory services – helping industrial and logistics property owners, users and developers gain the most value from their real estate expansions, consolidations, and purchase/sale/lease negotiations.
Alissa provides her clients the leading edge in the current marketplace by utilizing CBRE’s extensive services, insights and data that span every dimension of the industry and her teams’ widespread network. She is determined to exceed her client’s needs and leave no opportunity unexplored.
In addition to her Bachelor’s degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business, she attained her Real Estate Broker license in 2014 and received her Pricing Strategy Advisor certification in 2020.
