Allison Marcus is a Vice President in CBRE’s Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance Group. With more than 15 years of CRE experience, Mrs. Marcus is an accomplished CRE professional who specializes in real estate finance. She has an extensive background in underwriting, originating, structuring and negotiating loans across product types, loan sizes and asset classes throughout the United States.
Mrs. Marcus focuses on capitalizing all major CRE asset types for institutional and middle market clients with needs in the large and mid-size loan spaces. She also helps facilitate collaboration with CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties professionals on a nationwide basis.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Marcus was with Goldman Sachs in Los Angeles and New York, where she served a Vice President for the firm’s Real Estate Financing Group. During her 9-year tenure at Goldman Sachs, Mrs. Marcus focused on origination and execution of various debt products including CMBS loans, bridge loans, construction loans and secured facilities across loan sizes ($5MM-$1BN+), asset classes and regions. Previously, Mrs. Marcus was with Ernst & Young, where she served as a Senior Consultant for the firm’s Real Estate & Hospitality Transaction and Advisory Services division. During her time at EY, Mrs. Marcus specialized in financial and buy-side due diligence/underwriting and asset valuations.
