Allison McDuffie is the Director of Operations and Financial Analyst for CBRE's Net Lease Property Group - Newport, specializing in the sale and disposition of NNN single-tenant properties and retail shopping centers throughout the United States. She is responsible for the successful execution of all of NLPG - Newport's investment transactions, managing every step of the process to ensure the team's deals are pursued to completion for their clients. Since joining CBRE in 2013, Allison has represented institutional, developer, and private clients as both buyers and sellers, and has managed the sale of over $1.46 Billion in investment volume, totaling over 6.3 Million SF of net lease retail space.
In her role, Allison engages with clients on all aspects of transactions, manages escrows, underwrites deals, negotiates deal points, and provides financial modeling to ensure clients have the most comprehensive information possible. She has a strong background in financial modeling, cash flows, and projected returns for the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, and unique experience in managing both sides of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges to completion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Allison focused on institutional investment banking with a private firm in Los Angeles. She studied political science and business at the University of Colorado - Boulder.
