Alyssa is a Transaction Manager for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers.

Alyssa joined CBRE after an 11-year tenure at JLL, where she served as a Transaction Manager on the Procter & Gamble account. In this role, she managed all real estate activities for numerous office, industrial, and retail sites within P&G’s North America portfolio. Alyssa delivered measurable value to P&G by negotiating favorable economic and flexible lease terms to support the short and long-term goals of the business. Prior to this role, Alyssa gained valuable experience in lease administration, working with high-profile clients such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TIBCO Software, Stanford University Medical Centers, and Twitter.
