A trusted advisor to clients and leader in the multifamily valuation industry. In her appraisal career she and her team completed valuations of over 400,000 multihousing units totaling over $60B in value of multifamily assets from 2012 to 2022 in the Southeast. Her experience is unique having also spent time on the multifamily investment sales side of the business.
Her focus has been exclusively multifamily assets since 2009 and includes existing and proposed garden/midrise apartments, urban high-rise assets, mixed-use assets, student housing, fractured condominiums and affordable housing. Her experience includes executing and overseeing valuations of Class A, B and C assets in primary and secondary markets throughout the Southeast.
She has been an active contributor to the multifamily industry being involved with the National Multihousing Council and Freddie Mac. Earlier in her career she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and led the Multifamily Team for Colliers International.
