Amanda LaGrange joined the Owens Corning real estate department in 2007 at their world headquarters in Toledo, OH. Now joined with the CBRE Global Portfolio Services team, Amanda continues to be solely dedicated to the real estate needs of Owens Corning. The GPS team manages client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.

Since 2007, Amanda LaGrange has worked on-site at the Owens Corning Worldwide Headquarters. Her daily responsibilities include lease administration for the company’s international portfolio. She is responsible for the data integrity of the Global Real Estate database for over 300 global locations, ensuring compliance in accounting, sourcing and legal requirements on new contracts and renewals. Amanda oversees contract leases, amendments and estoppels, administrating closure processes as necessary. Amanda prepares ad-hoc reports as requested and manages the economic incentive program for real estate development.
