Associated Office
Before joining CBRE, Ms. Coleman completed a degree in business-law from Arizona State University and obtained her real estate license from the state of Arizona. Additionally, Ms. Coleman earned an MBA at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
Currently, Ms. Coleman serves as a member of AZCREW in tandem with her work as a local advocate for advancing women’s roles in the commercial real estate industry and developing the next generation of CRE professionals from Arizona’s youth.
She believes that each professional has a different definition of a successful career. For her it means creating a more equitable space for women and minorities in the commercial real estate industry. Through her ambition, discipline and perseverance, she leverages these qualities to create a more inclusive world.

With over 2100 transactions to date since 1999, the team has more experience than any other Debt & Structured Finance group in financing net leased properties, leading the nation in this market segment. The team’s extensive deal volume and focused expertise yields unparalleled lender relationships that bring better deal certainty and favorable terms for their clients.
Our areas of expertise include: Permanent Financing, Bridge Loan, Construction Financing, Joint Venture Equity, Loan Sale Advisory, Loan Servicing, Mezzanine Debt, Structured Equity and Tenant-in-Common Financing.
As part of our full suite of integrated services, CBRE Capital Markets offers loan servicing and asset management to lender and investor clients through CBRE Loan Services. Tracing its operational history back to the servicing platform begun in 1978 by L.J. Melody & Co. (later acquired by CBRE), CBRE Loan Services was established in 2001 as a servicing partnership between CBRE and GE Real Estate and was fully acquired by CBRE in 2016. Today, CBRE Loan Services is one of the largest commercial loan servicing companies in the U.S., with a growing portfolio of commercial real estate loans including GSE agency multifamily, life-company portfolio, CMBS, bank, and debt funds, among others.
