Amy Samboul currently serves as Senior Transaction Manager for CBRE’s Corporate Advisory and Transaction Services Group under the lead of Vice Chairman, Matt Hargrove, based out of the firm’s Woodland Hills office. Amy joined CBRE in 2014 as a Transaction Manager for a high-performing Industrial Advisory & Transaction Services team for three years at CBRE’s Orange office.
Amy is responsible for managing complex real estate portfolios by implementing a seamless process and strategy to deliver world-class results for several Fortune 500 corporate clients. She negotiates a spectrum of transactions with keen attention to detail; including intricate lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions on a national and international level.
In her present role, Amy has worked with clients including Verizon, Oath, Warner Bros., and Frontier Communications
