Andrew Healy serves as Vice President at CBRE Hotels. Based in Atlanta, Andrew focuses on limited and select-service hotel investment sales throughout the United States.
Prior to current role, Andrew served as Vice President of CBRE Hotels’ Debt & Structured Finance practice, where he was involved in $3 billion in high-profile loan originations, equity placements, and recapitalizations for hotels throughout the United States. Prior to CBRE, Andrew held positions with JLL’s Hospitality Investment Banking group and US Bank.
A native of Atlanta, Andrew holds a finance degree from the University of Georgia and is a CFA Charterholder.
