Andrew Norine is a Vice President within CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Intermountain Region. The geographic focus of this region is Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska. Mr. Norine has exposure to national real estate trends; client service/consultation is also available throughout the United States.
Mr. Norine has performed valuation and consultation services for all types of commercial realestate, including distressed and special-use properties. His experience includes the fee preparation of real property appraisals of commercial properties. He has also completed multiple manufactured housing community and self storage assignments throughout the Midwest.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Norine earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Dakota. Previous work experience includes financial analysis for the corporate real estate team servicing a Fortune 100 health insurance corporation.
