Andrew G. Power, MAI, MRICS is an Executive Vice President with over 30 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience in the United States and Australia, and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Mr. Power is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Downtown office in the Southern California Region, and specializes in the appraisal of office properties. Recent appraisal assignments have included numerous Class A office properties (including medical office) throughout the Southern California marketplace. Mr. Power is regarded as a West Los Angeles office expert in both general and high-end medical office facilities; and also has extensive experience in appraisal of other commercial property types (retail, industrial, & multi-family apartments).
Mr. Power joined CBRE in 2005.
