Andria is a Senior Director of Business Services in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction practice. Her unique background and relationships in the public, private and non-profit sectors allow her to help her clients grow their networks and businesses. She is highly skilled at leading complex initiatives and connecting dots that others may not see.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, Andria helped spearhead the State of Illinois’ economic development efforts as Assistant Director of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) & then as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Intersect Illinois. During her tenure, she helped lead major business expansion & recruitment projects, including headquarters & office projects for ConAgra, GE Healthcare & Transportation Digital Solutions, Haribo, MarsWrigley, Glassdoor, Duracell, Hub Group, Peapod, Siemens; & major industrial projects for Vetter, Amazon, Rivian, Fresenius Kabi, & more.
Andria helped create Illinois' first statewide, multi-stakeholder business retention & expansion program. She also launched the Illinois Innovation Council, comprised of senior executives from around the state, aimed at building the region’s visibility as a tech & business hub.
Andria also worked as Policy Director for Motorola Mobility, Google and Lenovo, post acquisitions, where she built the company’s 50-state policy & local public affairs practice. She simultaneously served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Motorola Mobility Foundation.
